THE CAPROCK WILL MOVE NORTHWEST AT 20 MPH THROUGH THE EARLY
MORNING HOURS. RAINFALL UP TO AN INCH WILL FALL THROUGH 4 AM MAINLY
ACROSS THE WESTERN SOUTH PLAINS FROM NEAR PLAINS AND MORTON TO
MULESHOE...DIMMITT...FRIONA...AND HAPPY. MINOR STREET FLOODING
WILL RESULT. MORE ISOLATED SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY THUNDER WILL
DEVELOP OVER THE ROLLING PLAINS MOVING NORTHWEST AS WELL BUT WITH
VERY LIGHT AMOUNTS UNDER A TENTH OF AN INCH THROUGH 4 AM.
