TEXAS PANHANDLE AS WELL AS PORTIONS OF THE SOUTH PLAINS AND
ROLLING PLAINS IN THE VICINITY OF THE CAPROCK ESCARPMENT. THESE
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF SMALL HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 55 MPH AS
THEY DRIFT SOUTHWARD NEAR 10 MPH.
