Showers with a few embedded thunderstorms will continue to move to
the east and northeast across the southwestern TX Panhandle and western
South Plains at around 40 mph. Rainfall up to one tenth of an inch
is expected with the heavier activity. Already gusty winds from a
passing upper level low may be briefly enhanced from the heavier
storms...up to 55 mph.
