Plenty of boundary layer moisture trapped underneath the low-level inversion with generally MVFR conditions at all TAF sites. An inverted trough developing over the Tennessee Valley is producing scattered light showers. Only expect visibilities dropping to around 5 miles with the showers. The boundary layer trough will move west of the area in the morning/early afternoon with showers ending. Some downslope flow off the mountains will help improve flight conditions at TRI to VFR with ceiling of 3500-4500 feet.
