High pressure moves offshore this afternoon. Some passing cirrus
clouds through the day will thicken from the west towards sunset.
Near normal temperatures for late September are forecast for
today.

A cold front will move across the region from the west overnight
into early Tuesday morning. Showers will accompany the frontal
passage. While the rain is expected to end early on Tuesday, skies
are not forecast to begin clearing until afternoon from west to
east.

Despite the frontal passage, temperatures will be warmer on
Tuesday with highs in the mid 70s.
