Cold and blustery conditions expected across the area today with
gusts of 30-40 mph and temperatures only rising into the low to
mid 30s. Wind chill values today will be in the teens across
inland locations to around 20 along the coast.

Clouds will increase tonight as a weak low approaches the area
from the northwest and tracks south of Long Island through
Thursday morning. This will result in a chance of snow late
tonight into Thursday morning. Temperatures will remain below
normal, with lows tonight in the mid teens mid 20s and daytime
highs on Thursday only rising into the upper 20s to mid 30s.

High pressure builds into the area Thursday into Friday with
temperatures continuing to be below normal for this time of year.
