PRESSURE SLOWLY SHIFTING OFFSHORE. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE
THEN POSSIBLE IN THE AFTERNOON TO EARLY EVENING...MOSTLY NORTH AND
WEST OF NEW YORK CITY. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE NEAR
NORMAL...AROUND THE LOWER 80S.

A BRIEF BREAK IN SHOWERS IS LIKELY AFTER SUNSET TONIGHT BEFORE A
COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE EAST AND LOW PRESSURE MOVES UP THE
ATLANTIC COAST. RAIN CHANCES AGAIN INCREASE SATURDAY MORNING AND
CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. WITH PLENTY OF MOISTURE...SOME OF
THESE SHOWERS COULD PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. HIGHS WILL BE
BELOW NORMAL...MIDDLE TO UPPER 70S. LOWS WILL ALSO BE COOLER THAN
NORMAL...LOWER TO MIDDLE 60S.
