This will result in varying amounts of cloud cover from west to east across the region. Breezy to windy conditions at times are expected to continue, especially across eastern sections. With the exception of some showers across eastern sections late tonight and on Friday, mainly dry conditions with above normal temperatures will continue for the remainder of the week. Daytime temperatures on Friday will range from the lower 80s across New York City and some interior locations, with lower to middle 70s across eastern coastal sections. On Saturday temperatures will turn a touch warmer on average with daytime temperatures climbing into the 80s, except for upper 70s in far eastern locations.
