An early Spring-like pattern continues through Saturday with
temperatures well above normal. Temperatures west of the Hudson
River today will likely climb into the lower 70s...while closer to
the cool ocean waters...temps across coastal areas will likely
stay in the 50s. Fog and stratus development is possible along the
immediate southern and eastern coastal areas today.

The potential for widespread low clouds and fog, and perhaps
drizzle, will increase tonight and continue into at least Saturday
morning. The low clouds and fog may linger for southern and
eastern coastal areas well into the day.

A cold front will approach from the west on Saturday...crossing
the region late Saturday into Saturday evening. An accompanying
narrow line of heavy rain showers and embedded thunderstorms with
gusty winds are possible...primarily for areas west of the Hudson
River. Temperatures will likely be cooler across the interior on
Saturday...but still continue to average 10 to 15 degrees above
