A SLOW MOVING UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM OVER THE MIDWEST WILL DRAW A
FRONTAL BOUNDARY THROUGH THE TRI-STATE REGION ON THURSDAY. AHEAD
OF THE FRONT...RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE AS MOIST FLOW FROM THE
GULF OF MEXICO IS FUNNELED UP THE EASTERN SEABOARD. THE HEAVIEST
RAINFALL WILL LIKELY OCCUR TONIGHT AND THURSDAY AS THE STORM GETS
MAKES ITS CLOSEST APPROACH TO THE AREA. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL
ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH THE SYSTEM. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN MILD
UNTIL THE FRONT PASSES.
