Southern CT
National Weather Service New York NY
422 AM EDT TUE MAY 31 2016

Areas of fog across eastern portions of Long Island and southeast
Connecticut will dissipate with the passage of a weak cold front
this morning. A secondary cold front will then move through later
this evening, followed by high pressure building down from
southeast Canada through mid week. Generally, expecting plenty of
sun and dry conditions.

Highs today will be above normal, ranging from the 70s along the
immediate coast, to the lower and mid 80s inland. An easterly flow
behind the cold front on Wednesday will result in temperatures
several degrees cooler.
