AS AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES OVER THE TRI-STATE REGION
TONIGHT...SKIES WILL START OUT MOSTLY CLEAR. THE BREEZES FROM THE
DAY FRIDAY WILL START TO SUBSIDE...AND THE TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED
TO DROP PROMPTLY INTO THE LOWER 30S AND QUICKLY INTO THE 20S.

THE HIGH PRESSURE AREA WILL START TO MOVE OFFSHORE DURING THE
OVERNIGHT. WARMER AIR AND MOISTURE ALOFT WILL START MOVING IN LATE
IN THE OVERNIGHT AND THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE IN MIDDLE AND HIGH
CLOUDS. NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED. LOW TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED
TO SETTLE IN THE TEENS IN THE COLDER SUBURBS AND THE LOWER TO MID
20S IN THE METRO.

SATURDAY WILL BE PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY. EVEN WITH A SOUTHWEST
BREEZE...TEMPERATURES WILL HAVE A HARD TIME REACHING TOO FAR INTO
THE LOWER 40S. SO...ANOTHER DAY WITH COLDER THEN AVERAGE
TEMPERATURES IS EXPECTED. A FEW FLURRIES OR SPRINKLE ARE POSSIBLE IN
THE AFTERNOON INTO EVENING.

SUNDAY WILL FEATURE MILDER READINGS AS TEMPERATURES REACH THE LOWER
50S. SUNSHINE WILL BE HARD TO COME BY HOWEVER...AS THE SOUTHWEST
MOISTURE STAYS ABUNDANT. A FEW SHOWERS AND PATCHY DRIZZLE ARE
POSSIBLE LATE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY IN THIS
PATTERN...PARTICULARLY ACROSS INTERIOR PORTIONS OF THE TRI-STATE.
