HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE OFFSHORE OVERNIGHT...AND A COLD FRONT WILL
APPROACH THE AREA FROM THE WEST. AS A RESULT...CHANCES FOR SHOWERS
WILL INCREASE FROM WEST TO EAST LATE TONIGHT...WITH THE BEST CHANCES
BEING ACROSS NORTHWEST AREAS. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL BE
WARMER...RANGING FROM THE UPPER 40S ACROSS OUTLYING SPOTS TO NEAR 60
AROUND NEW YORK CITY.

TUESDAY MORNING WILL START OFF WITH LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS AROUND THE
AREA. HOWEVER...AS THE FRONT PUSHES OFF TO THE EAST...RAIN CHANCES
WILL DIMINISH DURING THE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS. SKIES
WILL ALSO GRADUALLY CLEAR...YIELDING MOSTLY SUNNY CONDITIONS BY LATE
IN THE DAY. HIGHS WILL CONTINUE TO RUN A FEW DEGREES BELOW
NORMAL...GENERALLY IN THE LOWER 70S.

DRY CONDITIONS CONTINUE THROUGH MID-WEEK...WITH TEMPERATURES RUNNING
AT OR SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL.
