A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER CENTRAL NEW YORK STATE WILL PULL A COLD
FRONT THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND AN ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORM ARE FORECAST MAINLY FOR NORTHERN AREAS FROM THE LOWER
HUDSON VALLEY ACROSS SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT. TEMPERATURES WILL RISE
INTO THE LOWER 80S UNDER PARTIAL SUNSHINE. GUSTY WINDS ARE
EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY LATER IN THIS AFTERNOON BEHIND THE COLD
FRONTAL PASSAGE.

FOR TONIGHT...ANY SHOWERS WILL QUICKLY END THIS EVENING. SKIES WILL
REMAIN PARTLY CLOUDY TO MOSTLY CLEAR. OVERNIGHT MINIMUM TEMPERATURES
WILL RANGE FROM THE MIDDLE 50S AWAY FROM THE COAST...TO THE LOWER
60S CLOSER TO THE COAST.

RELATIVELY COOL...DRY WEATHER CONTINUES THROUGH THE MID WEEK PERIOD
AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN WITH LOW HUMIDITY.
