BLUSTERY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF AN ARCTIC FRONT
TODAY. HIGHS WILL BE MET EARLY AS TEMPERATURES FALL INTO THE TEENS
WITH GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS CAUSING WIND CHILLS TO DROP TO ZERO TO
TEN BELOW THIS AFTERNOON.

TONIGHT WILL BE BITTERLY COLD...WITH LOWS MAINLY NEAR OR JUST ABOVE
ZERO FOR COASTAL AREAS AND NEW YORK CITY AND BETWEEN ZERO AND 10
BELOW INLAND. THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS WILL BE LATE THIS
EVENING...FROM 5 TO UP TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS
TOWARDS THE MID ATLANTIC COAST. HIGHS WILL CONTINUE UNSEASONABLY
COLD...GENERALLY IN THE TEENS INLAND TO AROUND 20 AT THE COAST.
HOWEVER...WINDS WILL BE MUCH LIGHTER.
