THE CHANCES OR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE FOR THE FIRST
PART OF TONIGHT AS A DISTURBANCE MOVES TOWARD THE AREA...BUT WILL
DECREASE LATE TONIGHT AS THE DISTURBANCE WEAKENS. A SOUTHERLY FLOW
WILL CONTINUE...AND THAT MEANS A MOIST AIRMASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE
AS DEWPOINTS HOVER IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOWER 70S AND SKIES WILL BE
MOSTLY CLOUDY. LOWS WILL BE ON THE WARM SIDE...UPPER 60S TO LOWER
70S.

THE CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS INCREASE ONCE AGAIN ON
MONDAY AS A COLD FRONT FROM THE WEST SLOWLY APPROACHES. SOME OF
THESE STORMS MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH HEAVY RAIN...WITH LOCALIZED
FLASH FLOODING AND ISOLATED SEVERE STORMS A POSSIBILITY.
HOWEVER...THE BEST CHANCES FOR FLASH FLOODING WILL BE LATER IN THE
WORK WEEK. HIGHS ON MONDAY WILL BE SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL AS CLOUDS
HOLD TEMPERATURES DOWN SOMEWHAT. EXPECT HIGHS IN THE UPPER 70S TO
MIDDLE 80S.

UNSETTLED WEATHER CONTINUES INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AS THE FRONT
CONTINUES ITS APPROACH. TEMPERATURES WILL BE ABOVE NORMAL AT NIGHT
WITH SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL DAYTIME HIGHS.
