Conditions will continue to be warm, with decreasing humidity
levels as weak high pressure builds in tonight. With light winds
and clear skies, temperatures in the outlying areas will drop to
the upper 50s and lower 60s. However, temperatures in and close to
New York City will only fall into the 70s.

Ninety degree heat will persist through Thursday as high pressure
moves over the region. Humidity levels on Wednesday will be low,
then start to increase on Thursday as winds shift to a more
southerly direction.

The next chance for rain will come Thursday night into Friday as
a cold front and wave of low pressure approaches from the
