HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE CLEAR SKIES AND DRY
CONDITIONS TONIGHT. TEMPERATURES WILL BE ON THE COLD SIDE...
ESPECIALLY IN THE OUTLYING AREAS. LOWS IN THESE LOCATIONS WILL
DIP INTO THE UPPER 20S AND LOWER 30S...WITH AREAS OF FROST. LOWS
IN THE 30S ARE EXPECTED ELSEWHERE...AND LOWER 40S IN AND AROUND
NEW YORK CITY.

DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY MORNING. CLOUDS WILL
BE ON THE INCREASE HOWEVER AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE APPROACHES
FROM THE SOUTHWEST. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR RAIN BY LATE
AFTERNOON...MAINLY FROM NEW YORK CITY SOUTH AND WEST.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY BELOW AVERAGE.

THE UNSETTLED AND COOL CONDITIONS CONTINUE INTO THE END OF THE
WORK WEEK.
