LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES TODAY. AT THE
SAME TIME...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE OHIO VALLEY. THIS
WILL RESULT IN INCREASING NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AND A BREEZY
AFTERNOON. INCREASING AMOUNTS OF SUN WILL ALLOW SOME
AREAS...PARTICULARLY ACROSS THE CITY AND ALONG THE COASTS...TO
WARM ABOVE FREEZING TODAY. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE SINGLE
DIGITS AND TEENS HOWEVER TONIGHT...AS AVERAGE TEMPERATURES REMAIN
WELL BELOW NORMAL.

AN APPROACHING WARM FRONT WILL BRING INCREASING CLOUDS ON
TUESDAY...WITH SNOW DEVELOPING FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST BY LATE
IN THE AFTERNOON. DAYTIME TEMPERATURES WILL BE AS MUCH AS 15
DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE.
