Temperatures will drop into the mid to lower 20s for all parts of
the region except the urban heat island, which should reach the
lower 30s. Clouds will continue to decrease throughout the evening
and give way to generally clear skies into the night. North-
northeasterly winds will prevail between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts
around 20 mph for the eastern shoreline locations.

For Monday, expect colder temperatures in the morning. Temperatures
will quickly rise into the lower 50s in NYC and mid to upper 40s
elsewhere during the first day of Spring. Clouds move in later in
the afternoon and persist with only a slight chance of rain
showers Monday night.

Tuesday is expected to be dry and partly sunny. Temperatures will
be around normal for this time of year, with highs in the lower
50s.
