MOSTLY CLOUDY SKY AND HIGHS NEAR TO SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL.

A WARM FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE SOUTHWEST THIS EVENING...THEN
CROSSES THE AREA LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING. EXPECT MODERATE
RAINFALL...WITH POSSIBLY A RUMBLE THUNDER OVER EASTERN PORTIONS OF
THE TRI-STATE AHEAD OF THE WARM FRONT...THEN MAINLY DRY...BREEZY
AND RATHER MILD MONDAY AFTERNOON IN ITS WAKE. LOWS TONIGHT WILL BE
AROUND 10 TO 15 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL AND HIGHS ON MONDAY 15 TO 20
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR RECORD HIGH
TEMPERATURES TO BE SET ON MONDAY...WITH MOST LOCATIONS HAVING HIGHS
FROM THE MID 60S TO LOWER 70S.

A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA MONDAY NIGHT...WITH MAYBE A STRAY
SHOWER OR TWO AHEAD OF IT. ANOTHER COLD FRONT...THIS ONE DRY...PUSH
ACROSS THE TRI-STATE TUESDAY. LOWS MONDAY NIGHT SHOULD BE AROUND 15
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL AND HIGHS TUESDAY SHOULD BE A FEW DEGREES ABOVE
NORMAL.
