DRY CONDITIONS. ANOTHER DAY OF WELL BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES IS
FORECAST FOR TODAY...WITH READINGS REMAINING IN THE TEENS OR LOWER
20S. THESE EXPECTED TEMPERATURES ARE AROUND 20 TO 25 DEGREES BELOW
NORMAL.

THE HIGH PRESSURE TRACKS EAST TONIGHT...AND A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
MOVES THROUGH. LIGHT SNOW SHOULD DEVELOP...BUT THE BULK OF THE SNOW
WILL REMAIN EAST OF NEW YORK CITY...MAINLY ACROSS LONG ISLAND AND
SOUTHEAST CONNECTICUT. VERY LITTLE ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED...WITH
PERHAPS UP TO AN INCH IN SPOTS.

TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL BE QUITE COLD...IN THE TEENS.

ON WEDNESDAY...A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH AND DRY WEATHER RETURNS.
TEMPERATURES REMAIN COLD...BUT THE MERCURY WILL APPROACH THE
FREEZING MARK. HOWEVER...A RETURN TO FRIGID READINGS CAN BE EXPECTED
FOR THE LATE WEEK PERIOD.
