WEATHER SUMMARY FOR SOUTHEASTERN NY...NORTHEASTERN NJ AND
SOUTHERN CT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NEW YORK NY
447 AM EDT SAT JUL 25 2015

TODAY WILL BE DRY...AS HIGH PRESSURE SLOWLY RETREATS TO THE
NORTHEAST...WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES FORECAST TO BE NEAR NORMAL LEVELS
FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR.

A WARM FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST TONIGHT...THEN LIFTS TO THE
NORTHEAST ON SUNDAY. A DYING COLD FRONT THEN MOVES INTO THE AREA
LATER ON SUNDAY...THEN DISSIPATES OVER OR NEAR THE TRI-STATE INTO
MONDAY. AS A RESULT THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FROM LATE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY
NIGHT. IT WILL NOT RAIN THE ENTIRE TIME FROM LATE TONIGHT INTO
MONDAY NIGHT. IN FACT...MOST AREAS OF THE TRI-STATE WILL BE DRY FAR
MORE OFTEN THEN THEY EXPERIENCE PRECIPITATION IN THIS TIME FRAME.

TEMPERATURES FROM TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY WILL BE NEAR TO SLIGHTLY
ABOVE NORMAL. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE
WEEK...WITH GENERALLY DRY AND HOT CONDITIONS EXPECTED BY WEDNESDAY.
