Dry weather returns today with blustery and cold conditions. A
gusty west wind will result in wind chills in the upper 20s
throughout much of the day. Clouds increase tonight ahead of an
upper level disturbance with a chance of flurries. Lows will drop
into the lower and middle 20s inland, with upper 20s to near 30
for the city and the coast.

For Monday and Monday night low pressure will approach from the
Great Lakes region bringing an increase in clouds with the chance
of rain and snow returning to the region late Monday night into
Tuesday morning. Highs on Monday will range from the upper 30s to
lower 40s.
