HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE AREA THROUGH TONIGHT...THEN SLIDES
OFFSHORE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE
WEST ON WEDNESDAY.

IT SHOULD BE DRY WITH NEAR TO SLIGHTLY BELOW TEMPERATURES TODAY AND
TONIGHT. MOST AREAS WILL REMAIN DRY TUESDAY AND TUESDAY
NIGHT...EXCEPT FOR AREAS TO THE NORTH AND WEST OF NEW YORK CITY
WHICH HAVE A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TUESDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. HIGHS TUESDAY WILL BE NEAR NORMAL AND LOWS
TUESDAY NIGHT SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL.

INCREASING SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL BRING A MARKED INCREASE IN HEAT
AND HUMIDITY ON WEDNESDAY...AS WELL AS CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS BY AFTERNOON. HIGHS WEDNESDAY WILL GENERALLY BE FROM
THE UPPER 80S TO AROUND 90...EXCEPT FROM AROUND 80 TO THE MID 80S
NEAR THE COAST.
