Weather Summary for the Local Tri-State Region

Low pressure will deepen south of the Tri-State Region today, and
track right over are tonight. This will produce a rainy weather
for much of the day, with a break possible this afternoon and
evening, followed by showers and embedded thunderstorms tonight.
It will feel cool with east winds up to 30 mph, especially along
the coasts, and highs generally at or below 60 degrees.

Showers will taper off through the day on Friday as the low
pressure system tracks into the Canadian Maritimes. Temperatures
will warm into the 60s and lower 70s by the end of the day, with
some areas seeing at least breaks of sun before evening.
