THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FOR THE FIRST
HALF OF TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE AREA. THE BEST
CHANCES FOR ANY THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ACROSS NORTHEAST NJ...THE
LOWER HUDSON VALLEY...AND SOUTHWESTERN CONNECTICUT. THE COLD
FRONT WILL PUSH OFF THE EAST COAST LATE TONIGHT...ALLOWING WINDS
TO SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST...AND BRINGING AN END TO ANY
PRECIPITATION WITH CLOUDS DIMINISHING. DRIER...COOLER AIR WILL
USHER IN BEHIND THE FRONT. LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 40S TO
MIDDLE 50S.

WEDNESDAY WILL BE MOSTLY CLEAR FOR MUCH OF THE AREA...WITH SOME
FAIR WEATHER CUMULUS CLOUDS DEVELOPING MAINLY INLAND. IT WILL BE
SEASONABLY COOL AND BREEZY...WITH HIGHS IN THE 60S REGION- WIDE.
IT WILL REMAIN DRY HOWEVER...AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE
AREA.

DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH THURSDAY...WITH TEMPERATURES A
FEW DEGREES WARMER...MAINLY FOR INLAND AREAS.
