A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE TRI-STATE TONIGHT. THIS WILL
BEGIN TO BRING COOLER AIR INTO THE REGION...BUT TEMPERATURES REMAIN
WELL ABOVE NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. LINGERING CLOUDS AND FOG
WILL CLEAR THIS EVENING LEAVING A PARTLY CLOUDY SKY CONDITION.

MOSTLY SUNNY CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST ON TUESDAY WITH HIGHS ABOVE
NORMAL IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 50S. A COASTAL LOW WILL BEGIN
DEVELOPING OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST TUESDAY NIGHT SENDING INCREASED
MOISTURE AND CLOUDS NORTHWARD OVER THE AREA. TEMPERATURES WILL FALL
INTO THE 30S TO NEAR 40 DEGREES.

PRECIPITATION BREAKS OUT EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING AND BECOMES
WIDESPREAD THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS THE LOW MOVES NORTHEAST ALONG THE
COAST AND DEEPENS. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR
SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACROSS THE INTERIOR AND A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SNOW
CLOSER TO THE COAST. THE SYSTEM PULLS AWAY TO THE NORTH AND EAST
WEDNESDAY NIGHT BRINGING AN END TO THE PRECIPITATION.
