AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES OFFSHORE A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL
FORM FROM COASTAL NEW ENGLAND SOUTHWEST ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH
TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTH THURSDAY MOVING
ACROSS THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS DOWN FROM
SOUTHEAST CANADA THROUGH SUNDAY.

LATE SUMMER HEAT ALONG WITH MODERATE HUMIDITY WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH THURSDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO AVERAGE AROUND 10
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH THURSDAY.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST FROM NORTH TO
SOUTH THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT WITH THE PASSAGE OF A COLD
FRONT.

FRIDAY WILL FEATURE TEMPERATURES NEAR NORMAL IN THE UPPER 70S AND
LOW 80S ALONG WITH EAST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH.
