TAPERING OFF AS DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE PASSES SOUTHEAST OF LONG
ISLAND. TO START THE EVENING...SNOW SHOULD BE THE DOMINANT
PRECIPITATION TYPE WELL NORTH AND WEST OF THE CITY...WITH MAINLY
RAIN ELSEWHERE. PRECIPITATION SHOULD BRIEFLY CHANGE BACK TO SNOW
LATER THIS EVENING BEFORE ENDING LATER TONIGHT.

BEHIND THE LOW...COLDER AIR WILL WORK ITS WAY INTO THE REGION FOR
THANKSGIVING DAY. HIGHS WILL GENERALLY BE IN THE UPPER 30S.
SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY CLOUDY...WITH A SNOW OR RAIN SHOWER POSSIBLE IN
THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING.

CLEARING SKIES ARE FORECAST THURSDAY NIGHT...WITH LOW TEMPERATURES
RANGING FROM THE UPPER TEENS ACROSS THE INTERIOR...TO THE MID AND
UPPER 20S NEAR THE COAST. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN ON
FRIDAY...WITH TEMPERATURES REMAINING WELL BELOW NORMAL.
