AFTER A WARM FRONTAL PASSAGE...A COLD FRONT EVENTUALLY CROSSES THE
REGION CHRISTMAS MORNING. PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN AS WELL
AS FOG EXPECTED FOR TONIGHT WITH POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS AND GUSTY
WINDS AS WELL. THE WET CONDITIONS TAPER OFF BEHIND THE COLD FRONT
EARLY CHRISTMAS DAY.

THERE WILL THEN BE DRY AND CONTINUED MILD WEATHER COURTESY OF HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDING FROM THE SOUTH. ALTHOUGH IT WILL BE WINDY FOR
CHRISTMAS DAY WITH GUSTS TO 30 TO 40 MPH AT TIMES...VERY MILD HIGHS
OF LOWER TO MID 50S ARE FORECAST.

THE MILD PATTERN CONTINUES THROUGH THE WEEKEND BUT THERE WILL BE THE
NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN FORECAST FOR SUNDAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES IN
FROM THE WEST.
