High pressure builds briefly across the area today. Low pressure

Tuesday. Clouds will increase tonight with a mix of rain and snow
developing late for the city and along the coast, with mainly

cold fronts. The coldest air of the season thus far will arrive by
Wednesday morning. A weak storm system may affect the area during
the latter part of the week.
