DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT AS ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE
CONTINUES TO BUILD INTO THE AREA. A NORTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL SHIFT TO
THE NORTH...CONTINUING TO USHER IN A VERY COLD AIR FOR THIS TIME OF
YEAR. EXPECT LOWS IN THE TEENS OUTSIDE OF THE NEW YORK METRO AREA.
SOME ISOLATED SINGLE DIGITS ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS. LOWS IN THE
METRO AREA WILL BE IN THE MIDDLE 20S.

DRY CONDITIONS CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING AS HIGH PRESSURE
MOVES OVER THE AREA TUESDAY NIGHT...THEN PUSHES OFFSHORE BY
WEDNESDAY MORNING. SLIGHTLY WARMER TEMPERATURES ARE IN STORE FOR
TUESDAY AS HIGHS REACH THE UPPER 30S TO NEAR 40.

THEREAFTER...THE AREA WILL EXPERIENCE A WARMING TREND...WITH HIGHS
ON WEDNESDAY WELL INTO THE 40S...AND 50S BY THURSDAY. SOME AREAS IN
NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY MAY REACH THE LOWER 60S. IT WILL BE UNSETTLED
BEGINNING WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AS A FRONTAL SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM
THE WEST.
