LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE DELMARVA AREA TODAY...AND THEN
WILL MEANDER SOUTH OF LONG ISLAND THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT BEFORE
FINALLY DEPARTING ON FRIDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE
THROUGHOUT THE DAY TODAY AS THAT LOW DEVELOPS...BUT RAIN BECOMES
MORE WIDESPREAD LATE TONIGHT AND THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS THAT LOW
STRENGTHENS. RAIN CONTINUES THROUGH THURSDAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF
ON FRIDAY.

HIGHS TODAY WILL BE MILD...POSSIBLY A FEW DEGREES ABOVE
NORMAL...TOPPING OFF IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S. WITH CLOUDS AND
RAIN...HIGHS WILL ONLY BE IN THE MID TO UPPER 50S ON WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY...WHICH IS SEVERAL DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.
