HIGH PRESSURE STARTS TO BUILD OFFSHORE TONIGHT AND WILL GRADUALLY
DRIFT FARTHER EAST INTO THE ATLANTIC OCEAN EARLY THIS WEEK.
DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY BUT THE AIRMASS WILL BECOME
PROGRESSIVELY MORE WARM AND HUMID WITH A PERSISTENT SOUTH TO
SOUTHWEST FLOW.

EXPECT DAYTIME HIGHS INTO THE 80S ACROSS THE REGION WITH LOWS AT
NIGHT FROM THE LOW TO UPPER 60S TONIGHT...BUT MORE IN THE UPPER
60S TO LOWER 70S BY MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY NIGHT. PATCHY FOG
WILL BE DEVELOPING LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY NIGHT.

THE NEXT RAIN WILL BE WITHIN THE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY
TIMEFRAME. THE HIGHER CHANCES OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE TUESDAY ASSOCIATED WITH A WARM FRONT MOVING THROUGH AND THEN ON
WEDNESDAY WITH THE APPROACH OF A COLD FRONT.
