LOW PRESSURE PASSES TO THE SOUTH AND EAST TONIGHT AS HIGH
PRESSURE BEGINS TO BUILD IN TOWARDS FRIDAY MORNING.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE COOLER THAN NORMAL...DROPPING DOWN INTO
THE LOW 60S...WITH OUTLYING AREAS DROPPING BELOW 60 PRIOR TO
SUNRISE.

PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES FOR FRIDAY WITH HIGH PRESSURE
DOMINATING. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE NEAR NORMAL ON FRIDAY
WITH LOW 80S FOR THE NYC METRO AREA AND NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY.
PARTS OF LONG ISLAND AND SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT SHOULD SEE
TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 70S WITH SLIGHTLY COOLER TEMPERATURES
ALONG THE TWIN FORKS. FOR FRIDAY NIGHT TEMPERATURES SHOULD BE
SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA WITH AN INCREASE IN
CLOUD COVER DURING THE OVERNIGHT.

FOR SATURDAY...THE FOURTH OF JULY...THERE REMAINS A SLIGHT
CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSHOWERS...OTHERWISE MAINLY DRY
CONDITIONS. SUNDAY SHOULD FEATURE MORE IN THE WAY OF SUNSHINE
ACROSS THE REGION AS TEMPERATURES BEGIN TO CLIMB CLOSE TO NORMAL.
