AN ISOLATED SHOWER OR THUNDERSTORM IS POSSIBLE EARLY THIS EVENING
ACROSS THE NYC/NJ METRO AREA. A WARM FRONT THEN APPROACHES FROM THE
SOUTH OVERNIGHT WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES INCREASING
LATE TONIGHT. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY ABOVE
NORMAL...MIDDLE 60S TO LOWER 70S.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY AS THE WARM FRONT MOVES THROUGH
SUNDAY MORNING...A FEW OF WHICH COULD BE STRONG TO SEVERE. A BRIEF
BREAK IN WIDESPREAD SHOWERS IS POSSIBLE DURING THE DAY WITH AN
INCREASE AGAIN IN SHOWERS AND STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS LATE IN THE DAY
AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST. SOME OF THESE EVENING
THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE STRONG WINDS...SMALL HAIL AND HEAVY
RAINFALL. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE LOWER TO UPPER 80S BUT
MAY RISE A BIT HIGHER IF ANY BREAKS IN CLOUD COVER OCCURS.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TAPER OVERNIGHT SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY
MORNING WITH A BRIEF DRY SPELL DURING THE DAY MONDAY. LOWS SUNDAY
NIGHT WILL BE SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL. HIGHS ON MONDAY WILL BE NEAR
NORMAL.
