HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS BRIEFLY TODAY...THEN MOVES EAST. LOW PRESSURE
WILL APPROACH THE MID ATLANTIC COAST LATE IN THE DAY. PLENTY OF
CLOUDS ARE EXPECTED TODAY...ALONG WITH BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES.
RAIN IS POSSIBLE FOR PORTIONS OF THE AREA...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE
COAST THIS AFTERNOON.

AS THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES SOUTH AND EAST TONIGHT...THE
CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL REMAIN IN THE FORECAST THROUGH THE NIGHT. THE
BETTER CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL BE CLOSER TO THE COAST...WITH LOWER
PROBABILITIES INLAND. TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL BE COOLER THAN
NORMAL...MAINLY IN THE 40S TO THE LOWER 50S.

THE LOW DEPARTS FRIDAY...AND A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH DURING THE
AFTERNOON. PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES WILL HELP BOOST TEMPERATURES
TO NEAR OR SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL LEVELS. WESTERLY WINDS WILL PICK UP
DURING THE AFTERNOON AND BECOME QUITE GUSTY.
