The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Mercer County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 935 PM EDT, Heavy rain due to thunderstorms this evening has
  resulted in up to two inches of total rainfall over the
  northwestern corner of Mercer county...which will likely result in
  areas of minor flooding through late evening.

* Areas north and west of Greenville have the highest likelihood of
  localized flooding including those in the vicinity of Conneaut
  Lake Road, East Jamestown Road, and along Vernon Road to the west.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
