...A frosty early Tuesday morning with a few icy spots and dense
fog patches in the suburbs...

Parts of New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware and
northeast Maryland will experience frosty conditions early today.
Windshield ice scrapers will be handy.

Leftover moisture from yesterday`s rain may freeze into icy spots,
especially for some suburban parking lots. Patchy dense fog will
occur in the countryside, mainly over eastern Pennsylvania and
northern New Jersey.

Be alert for icy spots in parking lots and suddenly changing
visibility on country roads.
