The area is under an enhanced risk of flash flooding over
the next few days.

Be aware that sometimes flash flooding can occur when heavy rain
falls away from your location and then there is a rapid rise of
water at your location later.

Be aware that at night it is difficult to see flash flood
situation develop.

If a flash flood warning is in effect, it means flash flooding is
occurring or imminent.

If you encounter flash flooding...get to higher ground
immediately. Walk up and not out of the area.

Do not drive into water of unknown depth. The roadway may be
washed out, and the water deeper than you think it is. Fast
flowing water less than a foot deep can knock a person off his or
her feet. Flowing water 1 1/2 feet deep can flip a vehicle.,
or carry it downstream.

Turn around, don`t drown.
