AFTERNOON OVER HIGHER ELEVATION AREAS IN SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL
UTAH... WITH STORMS GRADUALLY PROGRESSING SOUTHWARD AS THE DAY
PROGRESSES. THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY AT 1230 PM WAS LOCATED NEAR
BOULDER MOUNTAIN... AND NORTHWEST OF CAPITOL REEF NATIONAL PARK.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE
POSSIBLE WITH SOME STORMS.
