Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop and
drift to the north or northeast over portions of central and
southern Utah this afternoon. At 4:00 PM the strongest storms
were located over the mountains in southwest Sanpete and northwest
Sevier counties, and just southeast of Duchesne. Some of these
storms are capable of producing locally heavy rain, small hail,
gusty winds and dangerous lightning.
