* AT 756 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  SULPHUR...DAVIS...WYNNEWOOD...ELMORE CITY...KATIE...FOSTER...TATUMS...
  RATLIFF CITY...LAKE OF THE ARBUCKLES...HENNEPIN...TURNER FALLS AND
  PERNELL.
