  EAST CENTRAL KIOWA COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHERN CADDO COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...
  NORTHWESTERN COMANCHE COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 732 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN OVER
  PARTS OF THE WARNED AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ANADARKO...CARNEGIE...APACHE...BINGER...FORT COBB...GRACEMONT...BOONE...
  ALBERT...FORT COBB RESERVOIR...LAKE CHICKASHA...NORTHERN LAKE
  ELLSWORTH AND STECKER.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE POSSIBLE AND
WILL RESULT IN LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.
