...The flood warning is cancelled for the following rivers in New Hampshire...

  Pemigewasset River At Plymouth affecting Grafton County

The river has receded below flood stage. Further fluctuations in
river levels are possible due to ice movement, but additional
flooding is not anticipated.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive through flooded areas, it is impossible to know if the road is safe
for travel. Turn around, dont drown!
