The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Poinsett County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northern Cross County in eastern Arkansas...

* Until 845 PM CDT

* At 642 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen across
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Harrisburg, Cherry Valley, Hickory Ridge, Waldenburg, Fisher,
  Payneway, Wiley Crossing, Togo, Birdeye, Pittinger, Supply, Weona
  Junction, Weona, Stewart, Colton, Twist, Boat Run, Mersman, Bay
  Village and Coldwater.


Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
