AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BE 60 TO 65 PERCENT
TODAY...AND A LITTLE LESS ON WEDNESDAY. LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS
EARLY THIS MORNING WILL TURN OUT OF THE EAST AND INCREASE TO A STEADY
10 MPH BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON...WITH A FURTHER INCREASE TO NEAR 15
MPH TONIGHT. THE DISPERSION INDEX WILL REMAIN ABOVE 20 TONIGHT DUE
TO INCREASING TRANSPORT WINDS.
