Daily Hydrologic Activities Discussion

During the past 24 hours, ending at 7:00 AM CDT Thursday,
precipitation was widely scattered across the northern
half of the Missouri River Basin.  Isolated locations
received light showers, with all basin averages less than
one-half inch water equivalent. Rain was also very light
and scattered in the eastern portion of the basin.

During the next 24 hour period, ending at 7:00 AM CDT Friday,
widespread, light precipitation is expected across the
state of Missouri.  Eastern Kansas and southern Iowa may
also see very light showers.  Basin averages are forecast
to remain under one-quarter inch at this time.

No flooding is currently forecast within the Missouri Basin.
