Scattered showers and thunderstorms occurred over portions
of the Missouri River basin over the past 24 hours.  The
heaviest rain fell across western Nebraska and northern Montana.
Basin average amounts in these area were around 1.00 inch.
Elsewhere across the basin, average amounts were generally
less than 0.50 inches.

Precipitation is forecast across the northern two-thirds
of the Missouri River basin over the next 24 hours.  The
highest amounts are forecast across northern Nebraska and western
Iowa.  Basin average amounts in these areas will be in the 0.50-0.75
inch range.  Elsewhere across the basin, average amounts should be
generally less than 0.50 inches.

Flooding is occurring along the James River near Columbia and Stratford, SD.

No other flooding is occurring or forecast.
