CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTH ACROSS THE GULF WATERS INTO THE MID COAST
AND VICTORIA CROSSROADS. MODERATE TO BRIEF HEAVY RAIN CAN BE
EXPECTED WITH HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OVER LAND RANGING FROM A
TENTH TO ONE-QUARTER OF AN INCH WITH ISOLATED HEAVIER AMOUNTS UP
TO 1 INCH POSSIBLE. OCCASIONAL TO FREQUENT CLOUD TO SURFACE
LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED IN AND AROUND THE THUNDERSTORMS. SOME OF
THE STORMS OVER THE WATERS MAY BECOME STRONG AT TIMES WITH WIND
GUSTS NEAR 35 MPH.
