THE HILL COUNTRY AND SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE
A TRACE TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH. AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL
COMBINE WITH THE PATCHY DRIZZLE TO REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO 1/4 MILE
OR LESS THROUGH 10 AM. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION IN
AREAS OF FOG AS THE VISIBILITY COULD DROP QUICKLY TO NEAR ZERO.
ALSO REMEMBER TO EXERCISE CAUTION ON THE WET AND SLICK ROADWAYS
ACROSS THE AREA.
