CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA AND MOVE NORTH AT 30 MPH.
IN THE STRONGER STORMS...RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO ONE INCH PER
HOUR ARE POSSIBLE AS WELL AS FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIHGTNING
STRIKES. OUTSIDE OF THE STRONGER STORMS RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL
AVERAGE A TENTH TO ONE HALF INCH.
