Southwest winds will strengthen overnight as a Pacific front
approaches the region. Scattered rain and mountain snow showers will
spread across the west and southwest. High temperatures on Sunday
will be near 50 degrees as the cold front moves through. Rain
showers will change to wet snow at lower elevations on the central
plains early Monday. Low temperatures Monday morning will range from
near 20 in the southwest to near 30 on the central plains. A gradual
warming trend will follow through the week ahead.
