TEMPERATURES MILD AND LIMITING THE WIDESPREAD DEVELOPMENT OF FOG.
LOWS WERE GENERALLY IN THE 40S...WITH A FEW 30S NOTED IN THE
PLATTE RIVER VALLEY AND IN THE PANHANDLE.

TODAY...TEMPERATURES WILL SOAR TO 20 DEGREES OR MORE ABOVE
SEASONABLE NORMALS BY THE AFTERNOON. MOST PLACES WILL SEE HIGHS IN
THE LOW TO MID 80S UNDERNEATH PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. WINDS WILL BE
WESTERLY AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
