HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE THE WEATHER ACROSS THE TRI-STATE AREA
THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK WITH HOT AND INCREASINGLY HUMID
CONDITIONS. TONIGHT...A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE REGION...BUT
WITH LITTLE UPPER LEVEL SUPPORT NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED. LOWS
WILL DROP INTO THE MID 70S IN NEW YORK CITY...AND IN THE UPPER 60S
TO LOW 70S MOST ELSEWHERE...WITH MID 60S IN THE TYPICALLY COOLER
LOCATIONS ACROSS THE INTERIOR AND EASTERN LONG ISLAND.

HIGHS WILL RUN CLOSE TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL TUESDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY...RANGING FROM THE MID TO UPPER 80S ON LONG ISLAND AND
ACROSS SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT TO AROUND 90 IN NEW YORK
CITY...NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY...AND PARTS OF THE LOWER HUDSON
VALLEY.
