WITH THE REGION IN BETWEEN AN UPPER LEVEL LOW OVER THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES AND A FRONTAL SYSTEM IN THE MID ATLANTIC...SKIES WILL
REMAIN MOSTLY CLEAR TONIGHT. THIS WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO DROP TO
NEAR FREEZING TONIGHT ACROSS THE INTERIOR AND PORTIONS OF EASTERN
LONG ISLAND RESULTING IN FROST DEVELOPMENT. ELSEWHERE...OVERNIGHT
LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE MID-UPPER 30S ALONG THE COAST TO THE MID
40S IN THE IMMEDIATE NYC METRO AREA.

CLOUD COVER WILL INCREASE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AS LOW PRESSURE OVER THE
CANADIAN MARITIMES BEGINS TO PIVOT SOUTHWEST. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
SHOWERS ARE ALSO EXPECTED IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING...PARTICULARLY ACROSS CONNECTICUT. TEMPERATURES WILL
CONTINUE SEVERAL DEGREES BELOW SEASONABLE IN THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER
60S.

AS THE LOW OVER THE CANADIAN MARITIMES DRIFTS FARTHER SOUTH AND WEST
ON MONDAY...THE CHANCE OF DAYTIME SHOWERS WILL INCREASE. HIGH
PRESSURE THEN BUILDS BACK IN TO THE REGION FOR THE MIDDLE OF THE
WEEK. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN NEAR TO JUST BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS
TIME OF YEAR...AROUND 60 DURING THE DAY AND IN THE 40S AT NIGHT.
