PRESSURE STARTED TO BUILD ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY. WITH IT
COMES NEAR RECORD ARCTIC COLD...AS DAYBREAK TEMPERATURES WILL BE
HOVERING FROM THE NEGATIVE SINGLE DIGITS TO NEAR ZERO DEGREES.
PATCHES OF FOG MAY DEVELOP IN LOW LYING SPOTS...MAINLY RURAL
SETTINGS.

THE GOOD NEWS IS...LOTS OF SUNSHINE TODAY SHOULD HELP IMPROVE AIR
TEMPERATURES AND ROAD SURFACES. AS THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM GRADUALLY
MOVES EAST THIS WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK...A SLOW BUT SURE
MODERATING TREND COMMENCES. HIGHS IN THE 40S THIS WEEKEND WILL
WARM INTO THE 50S MONDAY AND TUESDAY...WITH 60S A POSSIBILITY BY
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
