MINNESOTA LATE TONIGHT. FURTHER EAST... CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY
SKIES ARE ANTICIPATED. BY DAYBREAK...INCREASED CLOUDS AND A SMALL
CHANCE OF RAIN WILL BEGIN TO ENTER WESTERN WISCONSIN. LOWS WILL
BE MAINLY IN THE 60S...BUT CLOSER TO 70 DEGREES IN THE WEST.

CLOUDS WILL CONTINUE TO BE ON THE INCREASE FROM WEST TO EAST ON
TUESDAY. DESPITE MORE CLOUDS...HIGHS IN THE 80S...5 TO 10 DEGREES
ABOVE SEASONAL AVERAGES...ARE EXPECTED. SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE
LIKELY NEAR AND ALONG A COLD FRONT AS IT SCRAPES FROM WEST TO EAST
ACROSS THE REGION. THE STRONGEST STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE...WITH
THE BEST POTENTIAL VERY NEAR THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY
AND SOUTHWEST INTO IOWA.
