WISCONSIN AND WESTERN SECTIONS OF UPPER MICHIGAN IN THE
MORNING...WITH ACCUMULATIONS UP TO AROUND AN INCH EXPECTED. A MIX
OF RAIN SHOWERS AND SNOW SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON
ACROSS EASTERN WISCONSIN AND CENTRAL SECTIONS OF THE UPPER
PENINSULA. OTHER THAN A CHANCE OF SNOW SHOWERS ACROSS
MINNESOTA... THE REST OF THE REGION IS EXPECTED TO BE DRY UNDER
PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM
THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 20S OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO AROUND 40
DEGREES ALONG THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE.

FOR TONIGHT...THERE WILL BE A CONTINUED CHANCE OF SNOW SHOWERS OR
FLURRIES ACROSS THE NORTH...WHILE SOUTHERN SECTIONS TO REMAIN DRY
THROUGH THE NIGHT. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL GENERALLY BE IN THE 15 TO
20 DEGREE RANGE...EXCEPT 20 TO 25 DEGREES ALONG LAKE MICHIGAN. FOR
THE MOST PART...WIND CHILL VALUES BY DAYBREAK ARE EXPECTED TO BE
IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO.
